Swim across the Atlantic Ocean: 3,462 mi

So, a friend just pointed this out: type in a U.S. location and a European location and you get amazing accurate directions. For example, let's assume you wanted to go from Deadhorse, AK to Moscow, Russia. You'll start out in Deadhorse:

  1. Head north: 0.2 mi
  2. Turn right: 0.7 mi
  3. Sharp right: 0.8 mi
and so forth. Of course around instruction 62:

  1. Turn right at Long Wharf: 0.1 mi
  2. Swim across the Atlantic Ocean: 3,462 mi
  3. Slight right at E05: 0.5 mi
Hahahah...!

¿Viva Piñata?

I find it ironic that Viva Piñata, the new Microsoft kids game, is available in many international languages and regions ... but doesn't list Mexico! No, they list "United States", "Canada - English", "Canada - French", and "Spain". But NO MEXICO. Considering "piñata" is kinda part of the Latino culture (and even Horstacio made an appearance in Six Flags Mexico), wouldn't you think it obvious that Mexico should have been included? I must be missing something here...

The best of the worst

From the pages of Glam.com comes the Best of Milan photo gallery. But, seriously, could you see yourself in these?

And I always wondered where all the recycled Christmas garland went...

Think of her as a walking cattle guard.

And she just looks cold. You probably would be too if someone gave you an oversized winter coat from Goodwill but tore the sleeves off.
